• What is the difference between the VOIICE Community and the VOIICE Foundation.?

  The VOIICE Community is a coalition or a collective of change makers who believe in our core values of love, empathy, respect, inclusion and individuality, being holistically empowered to owning their voices.

  The VOIICE Foundation is a wing of the VOIICE organization that specifically fights against gender based violence and it’s related mental health issues. The VOIICE Community is engaged in all  activities.

  No branch of the VOIICE Organization is independent from the other. They work hand in hand to achieve our goals and objectives.

• What is expected of me as a member of VOIICE?

  The only requirement we don’t compromise on is every member holding in high esteem our core values and code of conduct; this places on members the expectation to love all people and eschewing violence and discrimination.

  Every thing else members do such as outreaches,paying membership dues, referring other changemakers, activism, joining a department and others is encouraged.

  Our main goal is to socialize and empower members to believe in our core values and by virtue, empowering them to be effective change makers where ever they are on the globe.

  The day you join the VOIICE Community, start referring your friends, family and even strangers to join this movement. To ensure that they become active and engaging, you may need to engage in the following strategies;

  1. Set up an online platform (Whatsapp, facebook, telegram etc) for the people you have referred. 
  2. Constantly update them on events, activities and new updates with VOIICE.
  3. You can even organize your own hangouts and gatherings to build bond of community.

  These activities will not only ensure the reach of our vision, but will ensure that you will receive payments and benefits every month.

• Who are your target population?

  Our target population is women and other marginalized groups of our society such as persons living with disabilities, sexual minority groups, persons living in poverty.

• Who can join the VOIICE Community?

  The community is very inclusive and open to all persons who are passionate about social change and are willing to utilize their resources such as talents, time, knowledge, influence, money, skills and any other requisites available to them to see it happen.

• What is the difference between a guest members, standard and premium member?

  The difference is in the dues paid and the benefits. Guest members do not pay any dues but are recognized members who gain access to our mental health resources, programs, activities and training as these are basic benefits afforded to all members. However, with standard and premium members, they pay dues and enjoy exceptional benefits. 

• How much dues do I need to pay?

  There are standard and premium members; and the rates are different with different benefits. Standard members pay 100 Cedis a month while Premium members pay 500 cedis a month. 

• What are the benefits of standard and premium membership?
  1. Dues paid serve as a savings scheme for members who don’t have to pay for their travels and events with us. 
  2. They also gain access to our open forum membership page to interact and give feedback on some issues relating to VOIICE.
  3. Gain access to exclusive economic masterclass programs.
  4. Earn commissions at the end of every month for referring other standard and premium members.
  5. Enjoy discounts on some products.
  6. Early access and sometimes, exclusive access to VOIICE arts and media productions. 
  7. Premium members have a management oriented voice in VOIICE decision making. 
• What do I need to do to be paid by VOIICE?

  Every member of the VOIICE Community is considered a partner with us. We work with members of our community to achieve our goals and objectives. 

  Every member who refers others can earn up 45% in commissions upon every VOIICE action undertaken by members. This benefits extends to about 4th generation of referrals to make sure that your generational tree grows and you continue to benefit.

  These monies are automatically deposited into your VOIICE account which you can withdraw every month.

  Some activities that brings earnings are;

  1. When your referrals pay monthly dues
  2. When your referrals pay fees for VOIICE events
  3. When your referrals travel with the VOIICE Community
  4. When your referrals patronizes daily use products such food, clothes, cosmetics, bags, shoes etc from VOIICE.
  5. When your referrals hire the services of other members such as photography, web design, graphic design, app development etc.
  6. Partnering with VOIICE to help you sell your goods and services that are innovative, creative and scalable. 
  7. Engaging in skills training and production of goods and services.
• Can anybody earn from VOIICE?

  No, you will need meet the following requirements.

  1. You have to be member of the VOIICE Community.
  2. You have to have an active VOIICE Portal membership account(pay monthly dues of atleast 10 cedis).
  3. You have to reach out to other changemakers to join this movement.
• Why am I not receiving earnings from referrals

  Not receiving earnings from your referrals could be due to two reasons:

  1. You do not pay membership dues
  2. Your referrals are not active (paying for anything through the VOIICE Account/Portal)
• How is the earnings like?

  That is always a broad question to answer. But mostly, the following answers are expected;

  1. Once you refer someone you forever gain benefits from them every payment they make through their VOIICE account as long as your referrals remain VOIICEs.

  2. Every month, your earnings will accrue which you can check in your earnings tab of your VOIICE account.

  3. You can order for a withdrawal at the end of every month.

  4. Percentages of earnings are automatically calculated transparently on your VOIICE account up to the third generation of your referral.

  4. You benefit from the referrals of your referrees up to the third generation apart from the higher percentages of your direct referrals.

• What do you use the VOIICE Membership dues for?

  Since the inception of VOIICE in 2019,with no funding from donor organizations, we have depended on the membership dues of members to undertake projects we have done so far. Membership dues are used for the following;

  1. Support the monthly expenses of running our web applications for free psychotherapy, doctor’s consult and VOIICE Referral systems.

  2. Contributes to the VOIICE Support fund to give access to needy persons within the community who need support with their education and health care.

  3. Supports  VOIICE Events and Projects such as the outreaches, work shops, seminars and talk shows.

  4. Supports the creation of VOIICE content such as films, documentaries, podcasts etc.

• What products do you have?

  We engage our community and target populations to offer a wide range of daily use products such as soap, bags, shoes, food,perfume, clothes, sandals etc.

  We also offer services such as photography, graphic design, social media marketing, voice over services etc.
