Terms and Conditions – Individual Membership and Suppporters

The following are the terms and conditions which apply to VOIICEs which constitute an agreement between you (an Individual Member, Donor,Volunteer) and the VOIICE organization.
VOIICEs are donors, recruiters and people who are empowered to use their voices against violence and discrimination.

By joining as a VOIICE and agreeing to this document, you accept these
terms and conditions. You should read them carefully and retain a copy for
your reference.
Our current individual membership subscription amounts and a complete list of benefits relevant to each membership category can be found on our
pages outlining our membership options.

Terms of Use


These terms and conditions were compiled in line with VOIICE’s Charter and
Bye-Laws.


1.Applying to be an Individual Member
VOIICE welcomes all people who are willing to use their voice to effect change in our society especially against violence and discrimination.
a) Individual Members are recognised as members in a personal capacity and not as representatives of any organization. Accordingly, VOIICE will not
discuss an individual’s membership with any third-party organization. Membership dues/ donations is an activity of the named individual.
b) To become a member, applicants must complete all mandatory fields on their membership form and profile. Then undergo VOIICE Training, write an exam then obtain certification after the training program.
c) Being on our Whatsapp community and other social media community pages is good for interactions and discussions but NOT a requirement to being a VOIICE.
d) It is required to obtain certification for membership to be a full member of VOIICE within 6 months duration of having a VOIICE account.


2. Benefits enjoyed by ALL VOIICEs
a) )Free psychotherapy services relating to sexual abuse and suicide.
a.i) Other services that do not fall under sexual abuse and suicide may come at a fee.
b) VOIICE Community birthday celebrations
c) VOIICE Community whatsapp platforms
d) Full or partial cover of VOIICE events tickets
e) Access to VOIICEs support funds
VOIICEs with a membership of atleast 6 months in Ghana are qualified to enjoy benefits which may vary from person to person based on factors such as;

Levels of impoverishment
Donation and payment plans
Number of referrals
Social media activity on activism


e.i) Health care
Cover 5%-20% of medical bills based on factors in point .e.
There should be proof of illness.
Proof of inability to pay for medical bills.
Direct payment to health professional
Medical bills should cost more than GHC3,000.
Must live in Ghana
-VOIICE reserves the right to approve or disprove request if not convinced by the above criteria.

e.ii) Education
Cover 5%-50% school fees of VOIICE based on factors in point .e.
A maximum of one VOIICE gains school fees support every year.
Proof of inability to pay for school fees.
Brilliant but needy students.
Covers only Tertiary stage of education.
Must live in Ghana
-VOIICE reserves the right to approve or disprove request if not convinced of the above criteria.

e.iii) Other Special Life events.
Depending on factors in point (2.e). VOIICE has the right to decide whether to support a member or not.
Support may not always be monetary.
Proof of reason of event. eg. death certificate for funerals, marriage certificate,birth certificate etc.
Must live in Ghana
-VOIICE reserves the right to approve or disprove request if not convinced of the above criteria.
f. Commissions on sale of products and Services
VOIICE allocates 20% in monthly commissions to members of VOIICE based on payments (goods, services, tickets, others) made to the organization to ensure the decentralization of wealth, support ofmembers and generate revenue to support the activities of the organization.

3.VOIICE Duties & Responsibilities
a) Empowering people to being VOIICEs against violence and discrimination
which is expected to be converted into referrals. eg, family, friends, colleagues
and many more.
b) Standing up against discrimination and violence where ever they find
themselves.
c) It is NOT compulsory to donate to VOIICE but they are linked to alot of access
that makes a member of VOIICE such as commissions, sponsorship, discounts etc.
d) Support VOIICE and it’s members by promoting our work and wares to help increase visibility and patronage.

Uses of Donations
a) Used for VOIICE Foundation projects pertaining to the fight against gender based violence and its related mental health related issues through awareness creation and support.
b) Used to support VOIICE community based shows and events.
c) Used to offer emergency support services to VOIICE Community members in Ghana, West Africa.
d) Financial support of the VOIICE website and system.
e) Financial support of VOIICEs who are actively recruiting and maintaining
VOIICEs around the world.

4.Payment Plans and Benefits
a) Conditions of Qualification.
i. Only VOIICEs with a membership of atleast 6 months are prone to enjoying some benefits of their payment plan or package.
ii. Donation plan that is most used by VOIICE in the last 6 months before
benefiting is used to judge benefits.

Bronze Hands Plan
i.Partial cover of VOIICE event ticket cost.
ii.Free online therapy sessions with a certified mental health professional.
iii. VOIICE Community Whatsapp platform.
iv.Education Access to VOIICE Support Fund.
v.Loan of Maximum GHS 1000

Silver Hands Plan
i. Partial cover of VOIICE event ticket cost.
ii. Free online therapy sessions with a certified mental health professional.
iii. VOIICE Community Whatsapp platform.
iv. Access to VOIICEs support fund.
v.Loan of Maximum GHS 2000
vi. Business Plan Discount Breakdown
-20% discount on Soap worth silver hands plan for sale.
-15% discount on less than 30ml pcs perfume worth silver hands plan for sale.

Gold Hands Plan
i. Full cover of VOIICE event ticket cost.
ii. Free online therapy sessions with a certified mental health professional.
iii.VOIICE Community Whatsapp platform.
iv. Access to VOIICEs support fund.
v. Loan of Maximum GHS 3000
vi. Business support discount breakdown
-30% discount on soap worth gold hands plan.
-20% discount on perfume worth gold hands plan.


Diamond Hands Plan
i. Full cover of VOIICE event ticket cost.
ii.Free online therapy sessions with a certified mental health professional.
iii. VOIICE Community Whatsapp platform.
iv. Access to VOIICEs support fund.

-50% discount on soap worth diamond hands plan.
-30% discount on perfume worth gold hands plan.
-20% discount on beads bags.

6.Commissions of VOIICEs.

6a)Donations.
i. Donations can be done a number of times in a month
ii. It’ll be compiled at the end of the month to determine the donation plan of the VOIICE.
iii. Donations can be done via commissions, VISA/Debit card, mobile money
iv. There will be no refund on donations.
NB. Commissions on Products and Services are paid on the entire sum of money paid.

6b) Commissions
i. Commissions are paid at the end of the paying month or beginning of the following month.
ii. Commissions are paid into mobile money accounts or bank accounts of VOIICEs.
iii. Commission is 14% if referee’s payment is less than the referrer’s payment plan for the month. (direct referrals/1st generation referral)
iv. Commission is 8% if referee’s payment is less than the referrer’s payment plan for the month. (direct referrals/1st generation referral)
v. With point (iii) allocated smaller percentages (2.5% and 1.5%) will be benefited from the 2nd generation to the 3rd generation on the family tree respectively.
vi. With point (iv), allocated smaller percentages (2% and 1%) will be benefited from 2nd generation to the 3rd generation on the family tree respectively.
vii. 10-12% commissions on every external referral made for a product or service on our published commissions list.


6c) Products.
i. Payment done for products on VOIICE portal is unlimited.
ii.VOIICE gives up to 20% in monthly commissions in product sales.
iii. To benefit from point(ii), every payment of product is to be done via the portal.
iv. Products can be bought in bulk or in singles.
v. Order should be placed before payment is made.
vi. VOIICEs are allowed to order and make sales of products as representatives of VOIICE without their customers signing up to joining the VOIICE Community if;
a)Their interests does not align with the values of the organization.
b) If they are older and may find it hard to read or be tech savvy.
c) If they will not undergo training to becoming certified VOIICEs.
vii. VOIICEs are allowed to pay customers in point (vi) in commissions if they refer others to join their chain.(serviing as their representatives in business)
viii. There are no extra electronic charges paying on our portal.


6d) Services.
i. External referrals made with non-VOIICE clients are NOT to be paid through the system.
ii. Direct commission rates still apply in point (i) situations.
iii. Only direct referrals benefit from payment made outside the VOIICE portal to VOIICE iv.VOIICE gives between 10%-14% commissions for direct referral made in point(i) based on (6b)
v. There are no extra electronic charges when payment is made on VOIICE portal apart from perhaps if E-Levy involved.


6e) Withdrawals on VOIICE Portal.
i. Withdrawals of commissions can only be done when it reaches a threshold of GHC1OO.
ii. Withdawals will only be honored and paid before the 25th of the following month (between 1-3 weeks) if request for funds are placed before 25th (the end of the month). Otherwise, will be rolled over for payment to the following month. 
iii. Verified membership is required to withdraw commissions.
ix. VOIICE account owners can commence business with VOIICE but withdrawals can only be made after VOIICE Training course is completed to acquire a verified membership status.
x. E-Levy and other withdrawal charges will be deducted if monies are verified to be sent through mobile monies or bank accounts.
xi. No charges on withdrawals made in person (at our office or with a certifiedrepresentative)


7.VOIICE Managers
VOIICEs acquire manager status when they have more than 30 people on
their direct referrals.
7a) Terms, Privileges & Conditions of VOIICE Managers
a) First point of choice in travel for outreach programs (rural, urban and international areas).
b) Managers are free to organize events, communicate and engage members on their family tree.
c) Activities of VOIICE Managers can be communicated to the organization at all times for media coverage.
d) Invitation to VOIICE Managers’ conferences and meetings.
e) No activity or event should be organized without the brand or logo of VOIICE.
f) Under no circumstance should there be an activity or event organized by a VOIICE Manager on the same day as a VOIICE main event.
g) Any activity or event held against the core values of VOIICE will attract a penalty or termination of the membership of the VOIICE manager or
members who organized it.
h) When it comes to notice of management that a VOIICE manager is holding an event or activity with his or her generation or family in violation of the VOIICE brand, the status of the manager can be repealed or membership terminated.

8. Member Behaviour and VOIICE Membership Termination
There are certain activities and conduct that could lead to the termination
of the membership of VOIICEs; – VOIICE members are expected to uphold a high standard of behaviour at all times and not to take any action or
undertake any activity that might bring the organization into disrepute.
-They are expected to treat other VOIICEs and members of society in the likeness of our core values such as love, respect, empathy, individuality and inclusion.
-Aggression, discrimination, and violence and other inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
-Poor conduct or violation of our code of conduct can be reported by family relatives, community members or other VOIICEs at ask@voiicecommunity.org.
-If investigations confirms poor conduct and the defilement of the VOIICE code of conduct, VOIICE reserves the right to terminate membership with immediate effect.
-Filling the form and having a VOIICE account does not mean you are a full member of VOIICE until you have undergone training and obtained
certification. If not done, within 6 months, your VOIICE account can be revoked.
However, members retain the right to appeal to the Board of Directors through ask@voiicecommunity.org
